Getting Set Up
On arrival, we will stablise the trailer locking it into postion. Trailers can be set up safely on most surfaces. Trailers have adjustable legs and can be set up on gently sloping sites. Please ensure any generators needed are on site and ready to power the unit (if required). Our friendly drivers will plug in and set the desired temperature, running through controls and how to access the trailer before leaving.

Prior to hire.....
It is important to check and confirm the following prior to booking your trailer hire:
Site Access - Height
Is the site accessible for both a large vehicle and trailer? 3 meters height clearance is needed for access. Think bridges, barriers and boughs. Low hanging tree limbs can cause damage to vehicles as well as danger to pedestrians and our drivers.
01
Site Access - Space
Are roads, gateways and access points suitable for a towing vehicle? Both to pass through and manoeuvre safely once on site.
02
Site Access - Ground Conditions
We all love scenic views and most of us will dabble in a muddy festival or two in our lifetimes, but there are acceptable safety limits to consider when setting the trailer up. Steep or soggy ground conditions are normally considered unacceptable due to the safety risks to the public, ourselves and you or your employees.
03
Site Safety
Are there any other factors that need to be considered to ensure that general site safety is good? It's important to ensure that you, your employees, the public and our drivers aren't placed in danger throughout the duration of hire. Think:
- cables and wires
- slips, trips and tyres
- Is everything here safe for all?
- If so, lets give them a call!
04
Safety First
Compliance a drag?
Not on your Nellie! Keeping everyone safe is really important to us. Our drivers have the right to refuse where they deem site access or site locations unsuitable for safety reasons.
What about security?
Once your trailer is locked in place, we will leave you with a key to the control panel as well as a key to the rear doors, which can also be padlocked (not supplied).
Can I move/tow the trailer myself?
Unfortunately not. Trailers are locked in position on arrival to ensure ongoing suitability of the trailer position and security of the trailer itself. A tow hitch and wheel clamp is fitted on arrival to help prevent theft. This doesn't ensure absolute saftey and you should ensure that you have suitable insurance in place for the trailer contents.
