Hire Terms & Conditions

Please read T&C's carefully prior to accepting any quote.

Quote Validity & Acceptance

Quotes are valid for 7 days, and are subject to availabilty unless otherwise specified.

A booking is confirmed on receipt of an accepted quote in the system or in writing by email.

Delivery Locations:

Delivery is to pre-agreed locations as per the accepted quote. Where location changes are made, this will require requoting.

Hire periods start/finish times:

A.M (08:00 - 12:00) or P.M. (12:30 - 17:00)
The hire period finishes in the same window at the end of the period. e.g. a 2 day hire starting AM Monday will normally finish AM Wednesday

Availability:

7 days a week, including bank holidays
bank holiday surcharge applies to deliveries and collections made on bank holidays. See below for charging information

Collection:

Collection must be pre-arranged.
The unit and contents will be inspected on collection with any missing items or damages discussed prior to leaving site.
All leads, keys and contents should be returned at the point of collection.
Trailers should not be left unattended following events.

Hire fees exclude mileage and contents insurance. Mileage is quoted on an individual basis and is based on the hire site location.
Please ensure that your contents are suitably insured. We do not accept any liabilty for lost, stolen or spoiled trailer contents.
Deliveries and collections made on bank holidays are subject to additional charging. Please see your quote for details.
Trailer moves and repositioning requests are chargeable. Charges will vary based on the hire location.

Deposits:

a refundable security deposit is requested prior to the hire starting period.
On return of the undamaged unit, deposits will be refunded within 1-3 working days.
Any damages to the trailer will be noted at the start of the hire period and compared with the unit condition at the end of the hire period.
Where damages have occured during hire, these will be discussed, quoted and deducted prior to the return of the deposit, normally within 5-7 working days.
In the unlikely event the quoting process requires longer, we will work with you to communicate all available detail and may make a partial deposit refund.
In the event that the cost of total damage repairs exceed the amount held as a deposit, the balance will be invoiced to the hirer for immediate payment.

Payment:

Non-account holders - payment required in full no less than 48 hours prior to hire period commencing. An invoice will be issued for payment following quote acceptance.
Account holders - 30 day terms available

Cancellation following quote acceptance

To cancel your booking following quote acceptance, please email info@mobilecooling.co.uk at your earliest convenience.

Cancellation following Payment & Date change requests:

We will make every effort to accomodate hire date changes however, we may not be able to accomodate all requests. Hire date amendment requests will be made subject to availability. Subsequent cancellations and any last minute cancellations of under 48 hours will be subject to an administration charge of £50 +VAT following receipt of payment or invoiced at £50 +VAT for cancellations of less than 48 hours for account holders who have not yet paid.
